Columbus State University offers copies of official academic transcripts for $5 beginning September 24, 2012 to alumni and former students. The official academic transcripts are provided by the Registrar’s Office.

Login to CougarNet, select Enrollment Services tab to find the Personal Information or Services section to see options for requesting transcripts. To look up your student ID, go here.

All requests must include your signature, printed name, current address, Social Security number or CSU student ID number and date of birth. For transcript requests submitted through ISIS, your valid password counts as your signature. Additional information on approximate dates of attendance is helpful. Be sure to provide complete information on the recipient's name and address.

Allow two business days for processing; peak request times may take longer. Students enrolled before 1997 may be subject to a longer processing time if academic history records have to be created.

An academic transcript will not be issued if you have an outstanding financial obligation to CSU. Check ISIS for “holds” on your record.

Upon request, CSU will send transcripts directly to a third party, such as a graduate school or an employer. All transcripts provided by the Registrar's Office is official.
